Are you feeling tired, stressed or unwell. At Reiki by Alison I can work with you to help you feel relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. A Jikiden Reiki treatment helps you feel at one with yourself balancing your flow of energy and leaving you with a feeling of calmness. At Reiki by Alison I will work closely with each individual tailoring a Reiki treatment to your needs and concerns, . Reiki energy, often described as universal life energy or spiritual energy is accessed by the practitioner during a treatment. These energies can be detected and alleviated, leaving you feeling wonderfully refreshed, relaxed, rejuvenated, at peace, calm and a general sense of wellbeing. It enhances the body's natural healing ability and promotes wellbeing. Reiki treatment stands on its own as a healing practice and is also safely used to support orthodox and complementary medicine. Reiki doesn't interfere with or diminish the intended effects of other health or medical practices.

| Relax |

A Reiki treatment will go for 60 minutes. We will have a discussion to begin with and then you lay on a massage table and be comfortable and safe.

Upon completion of the treatment, we will have another discussion about your experience.

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning universal life energy. This energy is the natural, vital healing force found in all life. The branch of Jikiden Reiki represents the Usui Reiki teachings based on an original authentic Japanese lineage. Jikiden Reiki is a hands on and distant healing art and practice that attunes and develops natural latent human healing energy to help balance the body, mind, heart and spirit.

Chakra Balancing is another one of my healing treatments. Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channelling energy into the seven chakras: crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral and root chakra.

Reiki - 60 minute treatment - $65

II recommend an initial 60 minute Reiki treatment. After a short introduction and discussion clients relax on a massage table whilst the treatment occurs. Clients remain fully clothed for the duration of the treatment. The session ends with a discussion of your experience.

Sessions can also be shorter or longer as required by the client.

Chakra Balancing - 90 minute treatment - $90

In a 90 minute Chakra Balancing session we release the stale energy from the body to help undo tightness, stiffness, and energy blocks. Blocked or Imbalanced Chakras can impact one's emotional, physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing. The seven chakras are Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown and each treatment can work with all or concentrate on specific client needs.

Distance Reiki - 30 minute treatment - $30

For my WA based clients and for anyone who is unable to travel I also offer a 30minute distance Reiki session. After our session i will contact the client to discuss the effects and benefits found from the session.

Aromatherapy - 60 minute consultation - $50

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils which will promote healing and a feeling of wellbeing and deep relaxation. Services I offer can include consultation on specific oil use and properties and making Aromatherapy products.

Pet Reiki - 15 minute consultation - $15
I'm pleased to offer Reiki treatments for your pets. My dog regularly cuddles next to me on the lounge at night when he would like some Reiki. Pet Reiki can be for any animal and a treatment will last from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. The treatment will help with anxiety, stress and illness in your pet and it will help them to feel more at ease. Contact me for more details.

My name is Alison and I am an Aromatherapist & Reiki practitioner and have also been trained in Lymphatic Drainage, Massage and Chakra Balancing. I've recently returned back home to Adelaide after having lived and trained in a number of locations including Adelaide, London, Vancouver, Saskatoon & Perth. As a member of Reiki Australia I have trained in a number of Reiki disciplines and was attuned to level 3 'Shihankaku' in Jikiden Reiki.

From my location in Frewville I provide a safe and relaxation environment for your treatment. I am focused on providing services in a relaxed atmosphere with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. I love to work with clients and address all needs and concerns. Using various forms of energy healing and essential oils I look forward to working with you.

Lavender - my favourite essential oil

Lavender is one of the most popular and widely used essential oils. A favourite of bee's seeking pollen, Lavender is distilled from the flower of the lavender plant by steam. Fields off lavender are not only beautiful in terms of fragrance and look they are a great source of an essential aromatherapy oil. It is a very versatile oil and can be used for a wide variety of uses.

I use it daily in a number of ways including:

- As a natural sedative, I use it daily as part of our night time routine including using it on my son to help him relax. I apply a dab of oil to the pulse points behind each ear.

- As an analgesic it can be used to alleviate minor pain including headaches, a small dab to the forehead and gently massaged can assist to relieve pain.

- Lastly Lavender is very useful when treating minor burns, applied directly to unbroken skin it can help to reduce redness and blistering.

This is a few of the ways I use lavender at home.
